Build bridges to communicate with your passengers

POSTED IN airports 16/09/2013

As of today, everyone has facebook, twitter and youtube accounts and uses social networks to communicate with their customers. Which is great.

Still, based solely on social networks, you will not be able to know your customers. Or their habits, behaviors or needs. Engaging with customers can produce far better results if you want to go beyond counting likes and retweets.

Engagement becomes successful when customers commit to register to access services, to search, compare and buy products. From there, you can profile and know each of them individually.
